Curbside Pickup NEW at HBC! 🚚

 Are you wanting curbside pickup for in-store items, or on an online order ready for pickup? For online orders: Call your local HBC store when you receive an email alert that your item has arrived in-store. For new in-store purchase orders follow the instructions below. ⬇️ Curbside pickup also applies to payments on account(s) that need to be made. 

  1. We advise customers to call ahead of time with their order information ready, and please let us know if it's you're picking up an online order, an in-store purchase order, or a payment on account. 
  2. You may pay ahead of time through the phone with a card as a form of payment, or charge it to your account if you have one with us. Want to have a charge account with HBC? Print and fill-out the application for individual or business. Drop it off at one of our store locations when done.
  3. When you are ready, and have arrived to one of our store locations, call again and let us know you are outside ready for pickup. 
  4. If you haven't already, we can also handle payment while you wait in your vehicle for pickup.
  5. And finally, HBC employees will then load customer’s vehicle and you can be on your way.  

*** In Hays, curbside pickup is located on the east side of our parking lot, by the sheds.
